TAKUU managed the revamping process of a 3.9 MWp photovoltaic plant in Murcia (Spain), acting as the Owner’s representative and single point of coordination across all technical and commercial workstreams.

Through a structured, transparent methodology, we led the project from the initial assessment and scope definition to contractor coordination, site supervision, commissioning, and final handover—ensuring controlled downtime, clear decision-making, and full traceability of costs, timelines, and deliverables.
