Our company provides a FLEX management service for a self-consumption photovoltaic portfolio in Murcia (Spain) — 9 installations of 100 kW each (0.9 MW total).

This project showcases our ability to apply utility-grade oversight to decentralized self-consumption assets through a focused, agile scope. With FLEX, we concentrate on the essentials that protect performance and ensure continuous control: portfolio monitoring and KPI tracking, performance deviation analysis, incident follow-up and coordination with on-site contractors, and clear, periodic reporting for fast decision-making.

Thanks to our experience and our focus on efficiency and transparency, we help ensure stable production and verifiable savings across all sites, while maintaining strong operational discipline without requiring the full Asset Management perimeter.
